Scope

  • Applies to purchases made directly on m68.com (B2B).
  • Sold by the case only (10 boxes/case). Single-use gloves; opened boxes/partial cases are not returnable.

1) Eligible Returns

  • Unopened, unused, in original packaging, resalable condition.
  • Request within 30 days of delivery and obtain an RMA number first.
  • Customer-initiated returns (wrong size/ordered too much): customer pays shipping; 15% restocking fee after QC.

2) Not Eligible

  • Any opened boxes, broken cases, contaminated or relabeled goods;
  • Requests outside the window;
  • Clearance/special orders;
  • Orders not placed on our site or without a valid order/lot number.

3) Damage / Shortage on Delivery

  • For carton damage, leakage, or count shortage, note with the carrier when possible and take photos at receipt.
  • Within 48 hours of delivery, email service@m68.com with:
  1. Clear photos (outer cartons, inner boxes, defect close-ups, full shipment view);
  2. BOL/waybill and packing list;
  3. Order number and actual count received.
  • Once verified, we will arrange replacement, refund, or credit. Claims beyond 48 hours or without evidence may not be honored against the carrier.

4) What is an RMA?

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is the required authorization number before sending anything back.

  • Shipments without an RMA will be refused.
  • RMA is valid for 14 days from issue; mark the RMA on the outer carton.
  • Refund/exchange is processed after inspection.

5) How to Return

  1. Contact Support: email service@m68.com with order #, reason, and photos if applicable.
  2. Receive RMA: we’ll send your RMA number and return address/label.
  3. Pack Securely: over-box or shrink-wrap; protect corners to avoid transit damage.
  4. QC & Restock: allow 3–5 business days after arrival.
  5. Refund/Replacement:
  • Refund to the original payment method, less shipping/restocking if applicable.
  • If M68 error/defect/carrier damage is verified, no restocking fee and return shipping covered.

6) Fees & Timing

  • Shipping: customer pays return freight for non-defect returns; price differences for exchanges will be billed/credited.
  • Restocking: standard 15% (may increase for relabeled/marked cartons).
  • Refund timing: 5–10 business days after QC; bank posting times may vary.

7) Risk of Loss & Title

  • Risk and title pass upon delivery by the carrier (signature or placement at the designated receiving point). Please inspect count and condition at receipt.
