M68 Protective operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). M68 Protective is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (“Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you should not use or access the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
The Services are directed to business and professional users. By creating an account or placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, that you have authority to act on behalf of a business or organization and to bind that entity, and that you consent to our processing of the information you provide. The Services are not intended for minors. To use the Services, you may be asked to provide information such as email, billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, current and complete and that you have rights to provide it. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We endeavor to present our products and services accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by device and settings. Unless otherwise stated, gloves are sold by the case only, with 10 boxes per case and 100 gloves by weight per box. Gloves are single-use products and are not intended for extended chemical immersion or cross-scenario reuse. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product or service will meet your expectations or match images on the site. Descriptions may change without notice at our discretion. We may discontinue products at any time and may limit quantities to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion; an order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance after processing your payment. Please review orders carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout. Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy . All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by M68 Protective before shipment back to us; shipments without an RMA will be refused and RMAs expire 14 days after issuance. You represent and warrant that purchases are for your internal business use and not for resale or export unless we expressly agree in writing.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time of order and will appear in your order confirmation. Unless expressly stated, posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs and import charges. Prices on our website may differ from prices available through third-party channels or promotions. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase, payment and account information and to keep it updated so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed. You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true and that you are authorized to use it, that charges will be honored by your provider, and that you will pay all amounts due including shipping, handling and applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the ship-to address shown on your order, when the carrier records delivery or obtains a signature. Please inspect cartons and counts at receipt. For damage or shortage you must email clear photos, the waybill or BOL, and the packing list together with your order number and actual counts within 48 hours of delivery to service@m68.com. Claims submitted after this window or without documentation may not be honored.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and all associated trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, and the design and arrangement thereof are owned by M68 Protective, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may use the Services for personal viewing and internal business purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store or transmit any materials without our prior written consent. Except as expressly provided, nothing grants you any license or rights under any intellectual property of M68 Protective, Shopify or any third party. All rights are reserved. M68 Protective’s names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of M68 Protective or its affiliates or licensors. Shopify’s marks are trademarks of Shopify. Other names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

You may be given access to tools offered by third parties. We provide access “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements, and with no liability for your use. M68 Protective is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Sales and purchases in our store are made directly with M68 Protective. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and M68 Protective, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with M68 Protective.

Personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy , and certain information may be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy, available on Shopify’s website.
